Kayaking on the Missouri

Daniel is in town, so we spent the day on the Missouri.  Catherine spent the day with a little boy who has two molars coming in and a double ear infection.  Thanks for taking a bunch for the team love.

Who knew pelicans lived in Montana?

As the day became "hot" by Montana standards we floated with our boats for quite a few miles.

Sluice Boxes State Park

We took a break this Sunday afternoon and explored a park just south of Great Falls.

There were plenty of rocks for both Pumpkin and Caden.

Hanging out in Mommy's lap and playing with a comb helped keep the little guy from causing too much trouble.

He was such a good boy, and now his ears will be cool for summer :)

Weekend with Uncle D

Daniel traveled up to Ohio this past weekend and we had a great visit. Many great conversations around the dinner table and plenty of babbling and playing with Caden. Here are a few photos from a hike at Old Man's Cave in the Hocking Hills. Can't wait till we see D again!!

 Another family picture in front of the melting ice. Last year this time we would have had 6 inches or more of snow on the ground and solid ice. Nice to enjoy an early spring in the hills
